I use engaging content to offer students, front-line staff, supervisors, managers, and executives ways to understand implicit bias and create actionable strategies to reduce bias and maximize performance for all.

I have coached hundreds of managers and leaders using a personalized approach towards clarifying outcomes and finding specific ways of achieving career goals and objectives. I have worked with small business owners, CFOs, Directors, and other C-Suite individuals. My passion for active listening and crafting practical approaches with cutting edge research allows me to better understand the employee experience through different lenses.
