Fall Semester 2021, BUSI 175: Leadership & Change

“Out of my four years at Pacific, Professor Sablynski has been a life changing Professor. I started a small business just from his motivating words, and his belief in me. It's crazy how he was modeling what his teachings were without explaining, he was just being a leader.

He inspired me to start this particular business that has been something that I have wanted to do. My last couple of years at Pacific I struggled in finding the motivation I had as a freshman. I use to be ambitious, and believed heavily in my dreams. Maybe it was covid that set me back, but I use to feel like I was able to be anything I wanted to.

Professor Sablynski has helped me find that spark again, and I'll forever be thankful for him.”
